If you know how to make regular tattoos, you already know how to make sleeves, full legs, back, torso & body tatts. There really is nothing different with Full Body Tattoos, than regular tattoos! I feel like it’s more important to know about CmarNYC’s tattoo mod, because: Noah’s full body tribal tattoos, which my sim Nasir always wears, also require CmarNYC’s tattoo mod, and work the same way. Once you have the mod installed in your Packages folder, and nothing’s conflicting, crashing or doing other satanic crap, now you’re ready to give your sims Full Body Tattoos! It’s a lot, I know, so this is my setup (I’m on Origin 1.69 like a loser).

The zip file includes a ton of flavors, that you can pick and choose from. I forgot what the difference is between Full & Basic, but I use the Full version. There are a ton of different Basic or Full versions. It’s a core mod like AwesomeMod, so it conflicts with those mods, but the late great Twallan made a non-core version for those of y’all who use AwesomeMod. This mod expands a LOT of different CAS features, and most importantly adds more tattoo locations.
